We’re hiring across multiple skill tiers for national fountain and water feature installations. Every candidate must have construction experience and be reliable enough to operate on active job sites with minimal supervision.
We need strong people ranging from skilled helpers to full-on tradesmen who can lead installations.

Lead Installer / Tradesman (High-Skill)
Experienced professional with strong plumbing, mechanical, or electrical background. Capable of leading installation tasks and managing small crews.
Pay Range: $40 - 80/hr depending on skill and trade.
Responsibilities:

Lead installation of fountain systems and mechanical equipment

Lay out plumbing runs, pump rooms, vault components

Coordinate with electricians and GCs
-
Read/interpret construction drawings and specs
-
Run a small team on job sites
-
Handle QC, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in real time
Requirements:

3–10+ years in relevant trade

Strong plumbing/mechanical foundation

Electrical familiarity is a major plus

Reliable leader who communicates clearly

Comfortable traveling for extended projects

Field Assistant / General Laborer (Entry-Level, Construction-Experienced)
Entry-level for our specific trade, but must have real construction experience and the ability to safely use tools and work on job sites.
Pay: Starts at $25/hr, increases based on capability and travel readiness.
Responsibilities:

Drive truck + trailer to job sites (we train on trailer handling)

Load/unload equipment, assist with setup and teardown

Carry, measure, prep, and cut materials

Help with basic plumbing/mechanical tasks

Keep job site clean, organized, and safe

Run parts/material runs as needed
-
Support installers without needing to be monitored 24/7
Requirements:

Must have general construction knowledge

Comfortable with tools and job-site workflow

Able to lift 50–75 lbs

Clean driving record

Willing to travel (lodging + per diem provided)

Must be reliable — consistency is non-negotiable
