Our Story
Founded on more than two decades of water feature experience, SplashLogic is the result of a clear industry need for specialized splash pad expertise.
In 2001, Tim Krzeminski founded Laughing Waters, Inc., originally focused on natural water features. As the company grew, its work expanded into increasingly complex projects — from large-scale fountains to nationally and internationally recognized signature installations. Over the years, Laughing Waters became known for its attention to the details, construction quality, and ability to deliver technically demanding water features in public and private spaces.
Through that growth, one pattern became clear: splash pads were often being built without the level of engineering, coordination, and long-term operational planning they require. Recognizing that splash pads are regulated aquatic facilities — not simple playground elements — SplashLogic was created as a splash pad–specific, turnkey contractor.
Today, SplashLogic applies the same professional engineering standards and construction discipline used on major fountain projects to municipal splash pads, delivering systems designed for safety, compliance, durability, and long-term success.
